What to ask social media agencies:

1) What do they recommend you do immediately, no question? (If they aren’t aware of what you’re already doing, they haven’t done their homework)

2) Describe how they would execute this? What tools would they use? What assets would they need?

3) What benefit would the initiative provide? (Do the benefits match your goals?)

4) How would they measure success in this example? Specifically, how - weekly? Monthly? Which Metrics?

5) Describe an example of their most successful  work in social space. Why was it successful? 

6) Where do they  see the industry headed?

7) What do they think of google plus?
