12 Steps to building currency at work

1. Learn to like the people you work with.

2. Communicate often with your supervisor.

3. Never turn down an invitation.

4. Do not be afraid to socialize with your boss.

5. Socialize with your co-workers.

6. Make your co-workers feel good about themselves.

7. Do not forget who brought you to the dance.

8. Never violate a confidence.

9. Never refuse and assignment if you can help it.

10. Know your supervisor’s expectations

11. Never speak ill of the company.

12. If you are unhappy, do not broadcast it at work.
